Do the material colours differ compared to what I see on the website? +
We do our best to make sure that what you see is how the materials appear, but every computer and phone screen is a little bit different in how it displays colours. We offer free samples so you can see the material for yourself.
Materials can also appear different in different lighting, so that’s one more reason to make sure you order your samples.
We are unable to exchange products based on differences in appearance to online images.
Do I need to make adjustments to my order so my blinds and curtains fit within the brackets? +
Nope! Unless specified in the instructions, you just need to give us the measurements of your window or wall, and we’ll do all the math to make sure there’s room for brackets (blinds) or tracks and puddles (curtains).
Do the curtains come with a curtain track or rail?+
All our curtains come with curtain track. You can choose white, black or andodised curtain track when you order.
Does my order come with screws? +
Of course! You can check out our installation guides to see what comes with curtains, shutters and blinds, and what else you might need.
Do I need any special tools or equipment? +
All you really need is an electric drill, a tape measure and a safe way of reaching the top of your window or ceiling.
We also recommend a stud finder, and for shutters you might want to use a spirit level and caulking gun for a professional finish.
Where are your curtains and blinds made?+
Our curtains and blinds are all made right here in Melbourne.
Our shutters are made overseas so we can get you great quality shutters at the best possible price.
Do your curtains, blinds and shutters come with a warranty?+
Our curtains and blinds come with a five-year warranty and our shutters come with an extra long ten-year warranty.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Because of our custom manufacturing and quick turn around times, we’re unable to accept cancellations. However, still let us know if there’s an issue as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to pause your order. In these circumstances we’ll advise you of any costs that have already been incurred and refund your order, less expenses incurred.
What’s covered in the warranty? +
If a defect in material or workmanship arises within five years for curtains and blinds, or ten years for shutters, you can return your product to us and we will either repair or replace them.
Why are your prices so low? +
We know everyone needs window furnishings, and they can be expensive, so we’ve done everything we can think of to keep our prices low and offer you budget-friendly blinds.
We’re entirely online so we don’t have showrooms with expensive leases that get added on to the cost of our products.
We’re also 100% confident that you can measure and install the blinds yourself. This means no expensive installation costs for you. Even when other companies offer “free” measure and quotes, that cost is just added on to the price you pay. We don’t think it’s fair to charge you for that when it takes just 3 minutes and a measuring tape.
We’ve also carefully selected materials that give you the look for less, and some products can be made in just a few days.

We ship all over Australia.
Unfortunately we don’t accept international orders at the moment.
How long will it take my order to be delivered?+
Some of our roller blinds can be made in as little as 4 days and delivered shortly after. The manufacturing time depends on the product you choose, so check each product for details.
Once your curtains or blinds have been custom made in Melbourne, they should arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Shutters take a little bit longer to manufacture and ship and should be with you within 7-9 weeks of your order being placed.
Shipping times can change during busy periods.
